The Reymond Office works with property managers and owners to record the condition of premises, document damage or establish a record of a particular situation. Each assignment is defined according to the premises concerned and the purpose of your request. Entrusting the visit and report to the office frees up time for managing the matter while providing the owner with an independent account.
Apartments, commercial premises, cellars and common areas: a written and photographic record when occupants move in or out, or when premises are handed over.
Cracks, signs of damp, damage or the condition of fixtures: the report describes what is visible at the time of the visit and identifies where it is located.
The condition before work begins, completed work, visible defects or finishes, materials and fixtures: a report can record the relevant stages of a project. It can also document a contractor’s departure, an interruption of work or the condition after an intervention.
Recording the opening of premises, their contents or the handover of keys, and interventions in the enforcement of judgments. Arrangements are agreed after reviewing the request and the relevant documents.
